Mullineux Straw Wine

Liquid gold from South Africa! The Chenin Blanc grapes for this wine are harvested at normal ripeness before being left to dry in the shade for 2-4 weeks, concentrating the sugars and flavours. After fermentation, the result is an unctuously sweet wine with aromas of sun-dried apricots, warm lemon meringue pie, a distinct citrus pithiness and an intense silky mouthfeel.
