It’s been a slow start to our wine tastings this year but we’re finally ready to announce our first Little Fitzroy tasting of 2026 and it’s one I’ve been wanting to get around to for a while. Some of the best wines we sell come from South Africa but I haven’t ever really had time to properly research and understand the individual winemaking regions as well as the long and extremely complicated history of wine in the country.
With about a month until the tasting I’ve got my reading material ready, a fantastic lineup in mind and am ready to really try to drill down on what makes South African wine special. It promises to be an thoroughly interesting as well as an extremely tasty evening.
The tasting will start at 7pm sharp on Thursday 19th of March in Little Fitzroy. Tickets are available HERE or over the counter in the shop. They are £25 per person and include seven glasses of wine, a few nibbles, and plenty of chat.
